The Eight Thousander™ Expedition is a small group experience for service based business owners who are ready to:

Here is what makes us different: we don't mix altitudes. Using the Business Mountain Framework™, each member is placed in a rope team of owners at the same camp of the climb, so every conversation is relevant, honest, and practical. The problems you're solving at Camp 1 are completely different from the problems at Camp 3, and your rope team reflects that.

Every week has a purpose, so you always know why you are there and what you are walking away with.

Every Week: Goal Check In

You will start with quick weekly check ins so you stay accountable to the most important priorities for your business.

Then, depending on which week of the month it is, we'll dive into the focus for the session according to the outline below...

Onboarding

Expedition members begin with the Eight Thousander™ System Course

Your onboarding month is structured to make sure you know how to navigate your online classroom, the Identify-Prioritize-Plan-Collaborate system, and the Outcome Academy vocabulary and tools.

You'll also be invited to our private online community so you stay connected with your fellow climbers between meetings.

Week 1: Mastermind Roundtable

Bring your real challenges to the table. Get feedback, ideas, and strategic coaching from your guide and your rope team so you are never stuck spinning in your own head.

Submit questions ahead of time to get people thinking and prepared to help.

Week 2: Focused Topic Training

Deep dive into one strategic area that matters most at your camp, such as:

  • Systems, operations, and AI tools, including custom GPTs and Claude skills that help you implement faster, not just learn the theory

  • Organic marketing and visibility

  • Money, metrics, and decision making

Week 3: Personal Vision Alignment

Success in business does not matter if it costs you the joys in your life.

Each month you will revisit a specific aspect of your personal vision, make sure your goals still align, and adjust your plan so your business supports the life you actually want.

Week 4: Strategic Review and Planning

Once a month you will zoom out and look at the big picture:

  • The 1st month of the quarter you'll share a Quarterly Business Review with your rope team.

  • The 3rd month of the quarter you'll do a brand new brain dump and plan the upcoming quarter.

The 2nd month of every quarter you also get one private 1:1 coaching session on a topic of your choice to refine your strategy, reset your focus, and make sure the next quarter moves you closer to the summit.
