2. Join your rope team. You're placed with 6 to 8 owners at your same altitude, guided every week.

Onboarding
Expedition members begin with the Eight Thousander™ System Course
Your onboarding is structured to make sure you know how to navigate your online classroom, the Identify-Prioritize-Plan-Collaborate system, and the Outcome Academy vocabulary and tools.
You'll also be invited to our private online community so you stay connected with your fellow climbers between meetings.
Week 1: Mastermind Roundtable
Bring your real challenges to the table. Get feedback, ideas, and strategic coaching from your guide and your rope team so you are never stuck spinning in your own head.
Submit questions ahead of time to get people thinking and prepared to help.
Week 2: Focused Topic Training
Deep dive into one strategic area that matters most at your camp, such as:

Systems, operations, and AI tools, including custom GPTs and Claude skills that help you implement faster, not just learn the theory

Week 3: Personal Vision Alignment

Week 4: Strategic Review and Planning
Once a month you will zoom out and look at the big picture:
