Part 3: Agentic AI Safely
1. Never give access of sensitive information to an AI Agent you aren't comfortable sharing with a new employee you just onboarded.
2. Protect files by backing them up, in case something goes awry.
3. Experiment with Claude Cowork as a first step (giving access a little at a time).
Part 4: Making it a Habit
- Brainstorm time-consuming tasks that you do repeatedly.
- Can you delegate any of these to AI?
- Remember to ask yourself often: "Can AI do this for me?"
- Examples:

- Technology Issues
- Summarizing meeting transcripts
- Creating estimates
- Brainstorming
- Try creating a custom GPT for a repeat task.
- Try creating a Claude Skill with the help of Claude or by taking a Custom GPT you have built and turning it into a Skill.
